Big City Mayors

Most Canadians live in cities. These mayors lead our largest cities - those with a population of 250,000 or more. Together, these 18 mayors represent cities which are home to almost 40% of the Canadian population. The mayors of just the five largest cities represent more than 20% of the Canadian population.

Being the mayor of a large Canadian city is no easy task. The stakes are high, and so are the expectations.

Let's meet the people who lead our largest cities.
